RETURN POLICY

Returns

All returns are welcome unto 7 days of receiving the items, items must be in original packaging with no faults or marks made from the customer.

We unfortunately do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit.

In the unlikely event your item is faulty, please send us a email at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your item, so we are able to assist you in exchanging the faulty item.

Please note all return postage is to be paid by the customer, the customer is liable for the parcel until it is returned to UNIQUE HOME HQ. we advise sending your parcel via a signed service.

Missing Parcels

If your parcel is deemed missing, please send us a message after 18 working days has passed since your item has been dispatched, we will log a lost claims form for the item, unfortunately we are unable to refund or send a replacement item out until we have had a successful claim via royal mail.
